At Blossoms and Blankets Luxury Styled Picnics, we want your experience to be as seamless as possible. That's why we've created a set of terms and conditions that outline our policies on booking, cancellation, and rescheduling.

We encourage you to read them carefully before booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

We will send to you a complete Welcome Packet with the complete Terms & Conditions to be included, once your  In -Take Form has been returned to us.

 In order to book your Reservation with us, you must be 21 years old or older, have your Driver's License on the contract and must have your Driver's License available upon arrival to your Lux picnic.
You, as the responsible booking party & guest, must remain at the picnic the entire time to conclusion. You are held accountable for all guest attending.

Terms and Conditions, Liabilities, Waivers, Policies

Customer Care~

We love receiving your messages, and we appreciate your patience as we get back with you~ 

We are a locally family owned, small business, and aim to return messages in a timely manner and as promptly as able ~

We appreciate your patience as we get back with you as soon as possible, and approximately within * 24-72 hours.   

* This time frame excludes any emergencies or family occurrences, or Holidays and weekends due to higher demands of our Lux Picnics.

 

* One must be 21 years of age to book a reservation with Blossoms & Blankets with your valid ID, and must be matched to your Picnic Intake Reservation Form. That same Id must be present at the Arrival of the Lux Picnic reservation, which will be matched to your Intake Form.

*After completing your Intake Form /booking request, we will contact you within * 24-72 hours, to further discuss and review details regarding availability before your booking is considered complete.

This will be our consultation to go over details.

​

*There are no guarantees with dates and times of availability, nor booking to our calendar without a non-refundable retainer's fee along with any noncompliance fees. 

*We cannot begin any work without a signed and returned contract, and or any unpaid retainer's or other fees due, as indicated.

*We have a No Refund Policy or are we obligated to make any refunds or returns. All sales are final. 

*It is your responsibility to read all of our Terms & Conditions.

All Terms &Conditions, Policies and Agreements and Liabilities, are umbrellaed under our agreements and contract.

Description of Services for Blossoms and Blankets Co. ~

Welcome to Blossoms and Blankets Luxury Styled Picnics!

Our mission is to bring a touch of glamour and luxury to outdoor dining.

We specialize in providing fully stylized picnic setups that are sure to impress your guests. Our services are tailored to fit any occasion, from romantic dates and intimate gatherings to corporate events.

With a range of packages to choose from, we're sure to have something that caters to your needs.

While the details vary, the general idea is that you, (the client/customer/guest)—and your partner or friends or family, or party people—gather around a whimsical display, an elevated picnic experience ,where a picnic stylist, who uses their time and talents, with their selected items of decor and equipment, to bring to you, for a temporarily use of a set time, and As where the stylist sets up, styles the setting and returns back to breakdown, pack away and load up back to their inventory.  You have the choice to bring your own food, or have an outside source prepare your food for you, or use the suggested list from the us, when you book your picnic with us. This is a perk that you get with your paid picnic.  You usually eat beautifully prepared , delicious food and fun beverages while enjoying each other's company.  We use our expertise, our experience, our creativity, skills, talents, and create something beautiful for you to enjoy without doing any of the work yourself.

Payments

PAYMENTS ~

 Our team works hard to transform any setting into a picturesque, cozy and romantic picnic spot for our clients to enjoy. We cater to many occasions and specialize in creating the perfect ambience for your special event. 

As soon as the payments and signed contract have been received, we begin to work on a beautifully styled picnic just for you and your guest, taking our time and care of all the preparations that goes along with the planning and executing every detail. 

Please be advised that We stand behind our services with a no-refund policy.

In order to reserve your reservation to our calendar, we require a 50% retainer fee (Non refundable).

We appreciate your understanding, as we believe this policy ensures that we can dedicate our time and effort to delivering the highest quality service for our clients.

Enhancements-Non-Compliance -Add on Services

* Any enhancement additions to your picnic must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the picnic date.

* Any Non-Compliance fees due, will be accessed at the time of your completion of your reservation

* A Deposit will be required with your booking, which will be returned if all agreements are met.  

 

We accept payment via Cash, Venmo-

At our Luxury Picnic service, we strive to provide our clients with an unforgettable and stress-free experience. In order to secure your reservation, we require payment in advance.

While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, we have kept our commitment to work with your picnic. Failure to make payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of your reservation, or no continued work provided.

We desire that a luxury picnic experience to be stress-free and relaxing, so we've thought of everything, including payment options.

At our Luxury Picnic service, we accept both cash and Venmo payments through a reputable bank that we verify, and we process all transactions according and to our terms and conditions in how we accept and process our payments. 

We desire for you to Enjoy your picnic and leave the rest to us!

 For any changes to your event itinerary, please communicate with us at least two weeks prior to your event date, and as soon as possible. Without a requested notice, we may be unable to accommodate your request.

​

You may pay in full for the picnic setting, which excludes any add on enhancements, noncompliance fees, or other fees that may accrue, as in travel/mileage fees or additional stylist fees. 

Any balances due,( if any,) must be paid as indicated in the contract, and/ or 14 days prior to the picnic date.

Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS~

We understand that unforeseen situations may occur, and life situations may happen and that are beyond our control.

However, at no fault of our own, when such situations occur, we still have prepared and purchased for your picnic services and have arranged our time to fit yours, as well as with any other planning details, and with any vendors that may have been scheduled to provide services to you.

*Any vendor services that are scheduled to provide for your picnic service, you are responsible in contacting them about your services. We have no authority over their policies.

Blossoms and Blankets will not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations or changes made with any Vendors that you booked as an add on service, nor are we held responsible for any work provided by any other services by other vendors.

Blossoms and Blankets requires an immediate advance notice for any reason that you need to cancel entirely or a need to reschedule your event.

There are No refunds as we have secured your date to our calendar and turned down other events to hold and secure yours, and where our time and the planning stages have begun for your picnic.

 

 Transfers ~

We will show consideration to your cancellation for a one- time Transfer offer, as we are able to accommodate and as we have another time available.

If you need to reschedule your luxury styled picnic event for a different date/time, we can further explore those options for accommodations within 30 days from the cancellation date.

 Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and our approval.

Please note if the distance to the new locations is significantly further from the original area, additional travel fees may be incurred.

IF for any reason your Transfer is not arranged from the original cancellation date, whereas 30 days has passed without a rescheduled, there are no other extended transfers or offers and the Transfer offer will be null and void, considered expired from any other future dates.​

Locations : All locations or services that you have chosen are confirmed by you, the client.

Alternative Plan: Please have at least 2 alternative plans for a location in case Plan A cannot be provided as planned.​

Please see Weather Terms and Conditions -We Do Not Offer Refunds on The Basis of Bad Weather. So Please Check the Weather Prior To Your Event. We Do Suggest Having an Indoor Option Available, at least 2 options In the Event of Bad Weather.

No Refunds ~

REFUND POLICY~

Blossoms and Blankets-Luxury Styled Picnics, offers a Luxury Product, not a Commodity.  

Blossoms and Blankets stands by a No Refund, or No Money Back Policy for any reason, where All Sales are Final.

Once payments are received with a contract, we begin to work on your picnic.

If you cancel, a one time 30-day Transfer may be offered, upon our discretion and approval, and as we are able. If not used within the 30 days, the Transfer will be expired, at midnight the following day after.

 If for any reasonwe have to cancel your luxury picnic event, we shall offer a transfer over for another date of availability, Blossoms and Blankets will notify you via phone, email, and/or text of any cancellation.

​

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event there is inclement weather predicted in the forecast, Blossoms and Blankets will contact you as soon as possible, as the current weather becomes a threat, or 2 hours ahead of the picnic reservation, via phone or text, or if we become aware, two days before the scheduled event, in any case we will notify you as soon as we know the conditions.

 

We will offer to reschedule by a Transfer date or identify an indoor space to accommodate your event, as able to accommodate your transfer picnic.

Should we deem that the weather will not be supportive of an outdoor luxury picnic or event (i.e., rain, wind, lightening) day of, we will not set up the picnic or event.  

​

Rescheduling due to inclement weather must occur within 30 days from the original booking date.  

Travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

Guest are not allowed to leave our property of decor items and setting and must notify asap to return to you for breaking down arrangements.

If you are at your picnic and notice a change of plans or weather changes, you must call us immediately.

If you fail in going against our policies, a Non-Compliance fee will be charged to you.

LATE & LEAVING EARLY POLICY

At Blossoms and Blankets Luxury Styled Picnics, we understand that things come up and plans change.

However, if you are a No-Show or arrive late for your scheduled luxury picnic, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your experience as planned.

In the event that you are running late or unable to make it to your scheduled picnic, it is your responsibility to please contact us immediately.

Please keep in mind that we have the right to pack up our setting, if you are a no show or if you arrive excessively late, 20 minutes after your picnic.

 

​We ask that you please arrive on time and 5 minutes prior to your luxury picnic event, as we will be waiting for your arrival and to overview your picnic together.

Please note your luxury picnic event starts and ends at the agreed upon time, not the time when you arrive. 

You will be considered a no show, 20 minutes after your event time has started, and we will have the right to begin the breaking down process of the styled picnic.

If you show up after that 20 minutes in where we are breaking down the setting, there will be no remaining time for the picnic nor will there be any reschedules followed by as resulting into a  noncompliance fe​

Your reservation will not be altered due to late arrival.

If you plan to leave before your time is up, we require at least a 30-minute courtesy text or call. We ask that you do not leave the picnic unattended at any time.

You are fully responsible for our rental equipment until we, Blossoms and Blankets arrives onsite.

Please stay compliant to avoid non-compliant fees.

LIABILITY

Blossoms and Blankets shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damage(s), injury('s), illness(ess), death, or loss of income caused to Customer, any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services by the hire company.  All equipment is hired and is the responsibility of the Customer until returned to our company. We, any part of Blossoms and Blankets is not legally responsible for any onsite injuries and or compensation for medical use during your picnic event.

As part of the rental set-up, Blossoms and Blankets is not responsible for any illegal or criminal activity/behaviors that may occur onsite.

Guests are responsible for their behavior, including the care of the rented property.​

Blossoms and Blankets takes no responsibility of any injury that may have been caused by our equipment, or decor.

We are not responsible for the performance reliability or quality of any equipment or vendor hired.

ENTRANCE & PARKING FEES, PERMITS

If you select a location that requires a fee to enter or park, you will be required to pay that fee, and our fees, as well as to supply a parking pass for Blossoms and Blankets and of all that are a part of, to park or enter the location.

IMAGE RELEASE

In the event that photographs of your luxury picnic package or events have been taken and shared on either social media or on our website, Blossoms and Blankets reserves the right to use such photographs and in its promotional materials, or for any purposes intended. Each photo showing our luxury picnic is required by you & your guest to tag and mention us, Blossoms & Blankets Luxury Styled Picnics.

FOOD CONSUMPTION

Blossoms and Blankets or any part of, is not responsible for any food allergies, or any issues or illness caused from goods that were consumed or purchased from third party vendors or hosts provided food.

We are not responsible for any other vendor services.

​

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Blossoms and Blankets does not sell or offer any alcohol for luxury picnics or events. We are not liable or responsible for possession of alcohol. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for the luxury picnic or event. Alcohol beverages and the consumption of alcohol on beaches, parks, and any o is strictly prohibited and a fine can be issued if violated.  Blossoms and Blankets takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS & TIME

At our Luxury Picnic, we provide a unique and intimate experience for our guests. In order to ensure that we maintain our high-quality service, and with the care of our picnic setting and equipment, please let us know if additional guests will be joining our table, or around our setting and equipment.

Without prior notice, an additional fee will be added to accommodate the extra guest(s) and a non-compliance fee for any failure to comply with this policy.

We will need the total guest count and the total number of your guest with your party.

We do have the right to visit the reservation during your time of use at any time to assure your picnic is going well, and as planned.

Luxury picnics and event packages have set rates based on the number of anticipated guests.

Additional guests can be added for an add on guest fee.

Each added guest fee $45,   Additional time may also be added for $25 for thirty (30) minutes or $50 for an additional one (1) hour.  (Pricing may vary with no notice)

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

Blossoms and Blankets values the health and safety of our customers. We fully sanitize all materials used in our picnic and events after every use and strive to follow local health guidelines regarding public gatherings. Upon booking you understand Blossoms and Blankets is not responsible for any possible transmission of any virus, sickness or disease while attending your scheduled picnic. If you or your guest are feeling ill, we urge you to reach out to reschedule your picnic in efforts to ensure everyone's safety and wellbeing.

TRAVEL

All of our traveled picnics will be subjected to a Travel and gas mileage rate.

​

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash, Venmo paid directly to Blossoms and Blankets as directed.

Payments should be made by the way of bank transfer that we can identify.

Personal or business checks are not acceptable methods of payment.

Non-Compliance

Fees may apply for going against any policies of Blossoms and Blankets or of any Government laws and mandates.

FORCE MAJEURE

Blossoms and Blankets- shall not and will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery or otherwise performing its obligations hereunder with respect to any goods or services being purchased if such failure or delay is caused by strike, lockout, labor dispute, accident war, act of terrorism, act of God, fire, flood, or other casualty or cause beyond Blossoms and Blankets reasonable control.

*As things change and evolve, we have the right to make any changes deemed necessary to our Terms & Conditions, Policies and Agreements, Guidelines, Services, Decor and Sets, our styling,  or any other forms of change as our right.

After this initial inquiry form is submitted, and has been returned to us for review, we will contact you by the number or email that you have provided to us,

to confirm any special requests and to discuss the perfect picnic location for your event. All of these details will allow us to prepare your luxury picnic cost estimate. 

Our pricing will depend on the number of guests as well as the theme, location and with any customization options that you select.

* Because of Scams ~ We have made a company decision to not respond to Picnic Request through Email, (or any other avenue), without a Completed and Returned Inquiry Form First, although We are happy to speak to you over an initial phone call.

*This decision is to help avoid any concentrations from valid inquiries, such as with spam/scam emails, or text, and to work with our time and devotion directly to our serious client inquiries only. We will not entertain to scam correspondences.

*We prefer to speak with our clients to have a personal level with one-on-one conversations.

*At that time, we will be happy to communicate with you as needed, through text, a call, or email.

*If your picnic is with or through a company affair, we will need to know the company name, the responsible party, and a contact number.


*  You are welcome to browse our photos for ideas and inspiration, and where we will create a beautiful lux picnic, just for you and your guest.

We build and create our own styles, using our professional expertise and experience. Styles may vary and no 2 picnics may be exactly alike, as we aim to make each table just as unique as you are !

Our decor is used in many ways to capture the best table and surrounding picnic area, and where some minor changes may occur as we see deemed necessary.

Please keep in mind, we are a locally owned small business, but our offerings are continually expanding.  If you have seen a detail/item/style or color scheme on our social media that you have a preference for, let us know when you book.


* When you are ready to book, we suggest at least 4-6 weeks in advance for booking a Lux Picnic with us.  If you are planning for a micro special event or occasion, we encourage you to offer a minimum of 6 weeks in advance to help allow more sufficient time in planning.

* However, we do always encourage you to check with us for availability, as we may have just what you are looking for~ right when you need it !

*With our planning and preparations, we go straight to work for you; therefore,  we require a 50% non refundable retainer's fee to secure your date/time to our calendar. 

I prefer payment via Venmo, but credit cards are also accepted. 

When I email the Cost Estimate, we will wait for your approval, once that is confirmed, you will be provided with Payment Option details.

You have 3 days to confirm your estimate before expiration. We will not hold estimates out any longer, and your requested date is not guaranteed without your retainer's fee.

Please note that all events must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event.

 

* No Dates, are guaranteed, booked, or secured to our calendar without a Non-refundable Retainer's fee, your signed contract and returned to our company.

*We have many inquiries and bookings in a day, please book as soon as possible for the date you desire the most.

* We have a NO REFUND ~ ALL SALES ARE FINAL Policy.

*Once we have your Pre Booking Form and have established communication with you, we will  send to you a complete listing of our Terms & Conditions, and Welcome Packet.

*Our complete listing of our Terms & Conditions are reserved for consultation review, once we receive your Intake application.

*Once your picnic has been approved and booked, we will begin the next steps to building your Luxury Picnic.
